What issues are NOT considered workmanship defects?Updated 8 days ago
Some problems happen after production and are not considered workmanship defects, such as:
- Normal wear and tear – Fraying, fading, or broken zippers caused by everyday use.
- Storage or handling problems – Stains, mold, or fabric damage resulting from improper storage or handling.
- Accidental damage – Overloading the backpack, pulling zippers too hard, or cutting/tearing the material.
