We cover defects caused by workmanship, such as broken zippers, ripped seams, or other manufacturing-related issues. If you experience a craftsmanship defect, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve it.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. Materials naturally age and wear down over time, so we’re unable to repair or replace products damaged from everyday use, aging, or accidental damage.
