How do I start a return or exchange?

You will need your order number and zip code associated with your order to initiate a Return or Exchange. Please let us know if you need help finding this information. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin the process.

How do I return something I received as a gift?

Gifts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. To initiate a request, you can click here to fill out the form. You’ll be asked for some information about the original order so that your return for refund or exchange can be processed.

I’m an international customer, can I return/exchange my Brevitē purchase?

All sales are final for international customers.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

We accept returns in accordance with our return policy on any items not marked “Final Sale”.

How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?

A refund will be issued once we’ve received your return and an $18 handling fee will be charged. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to be completed and appear on your bank statement.
