My Order says it was delivered but I never received it.Updated a year ago

• Verify the shipping address on your account

• Look for a notice of attempted delivery

• See if someone else accepted the delivery(roommates, family members, neighbors, front desk, etc.)

• Contact your local post office to see if they have it

In some cases, it can take 48 hours for the package to be delivered after that tracking shows delivered on the website. If 48 hours have passed and the order still hasn’t been located, just let our team know and reach out to [email protected].
